An ad 1;o-zrned meeting of the Board of Director of the Yorba Linda County Water
District was °econvened b- President OrI.st at. the office of the Yuba Linda
Water Co. June 19, 1959 at the hozr of. 2:00 P.M.
At the call of the roll all Directors were present and answered to their names.
Six mmembers of the Board of Directora of the Yorba Lind Water Co. were also present.
A presentation of ten tentative plans for the tlr--.nsfer, of assets of the Yorba Linda
Water Co. was ;;lade to both. Boards
The balance of the meeting was devoted to a thorou.sh discussion by both Boards
of the various places and it was mutually agreed upon that sic of the pans be
rejected and four retained for further study.
