June 26, 1959
An adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda. County Water
District was reconvened by President Csrist at the office of the Yorba Li ndaWater
Co. June 26, 1959 at the hoar o 1:00 P.M.
On the call of the roll all of the Directors were: present and answered to their names.
Three members of the Board of Directors of the `.'orba. Lii°i+. a 4ater Co. were pre: ent.
A thorough discussion of four tentative puns concerning the transfor of the
assets of the Water Co. was held. Methods of presenting an approved plan to
the Stodchojd.ers of the Water Co. and to the vot =rs of the were e lured.
District
A discussion was also held r-acernin, a. proposal fr on the District to formaly
offer to purchase the assets of the Yorba a3s._.d.a dater Co.
A motion was made by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Clodt, and unanimously carried
that the followzn Re o'.ntion be ad.opted.e Resolution No. 8.
RESOLVED: That based upon the r eowrt of the consulting engineers as to the
valae of the usable assets of the Yorba, Linda Water Co., the Ra ezldeU of this
District is hereby authorized to off r to purchase the assets of said cao_.; oat-n6
for he is _ of f 04g434- 0, w 0n any inventory adjustments to be made at
the time of transfer.
