A special meeting of the Yorba Linda Count; W,,.ter District was called. by President Crist
to be held at the office of the Yorba Linda Water Co. Yorba Linda, California July 31,
1959 at the hour of 8:00 A.M. The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the
brochure and, any other "business that might properly come before the meeting,.
A general discussion of the brochure was held.
On a motion by 10r. M. Wagner, seconded by Mr. F. Clodt and unanimously carried it was
decided to employ the firm of Stone and Youngberg, as financial consult-ants in connection
with the proposed bond issue of the District and the officers of the district are
authorized and hereby instructed to execute the contract.
On a motion by Mr. R. Hastings, seconded by Mr. R. Milmoe and. unanimously carried the
contract as offered by the Housing and Home Finance Agency for the loan of $x,000 , interest
free for the development of a master sewer plan be accepted and that the officers of the
District are authorized and hereby instructed to execute the contract.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
