A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water
was held at the office of the Xorba Linda Water Co., Yorba Linda, California, Septemcer
9, 1959. The meeting was called to order at the hour of 7:00 P.M. by President
Crist.
On the call of the roll all of the Directors answered to their names. Attorney H.
Rodger Howell was also present.
On a motion by Director Milmoe seconded by Mr. Wagner and duly carried the minutes
of the special meeting of August 4, 1959 were approved as mailed.
The finance committee reported that bills in the amount of $586.14 had been aduited
and approved. A motion was made by Director Clodt, seconded by Director Milmoe and
carried that the aduited bills be paid.
A general discussion was held concering a validation hearing was held. Mr. Howell
stated that the suit could be filed the day after the official canvass of the bond
election vote and that judgement should be given in approxmatly thirty days.
On a motion by Director Wagner, seconded by Director Milmoe and carried the meeting
was adJourned until the ::our of 7:00 P.M. October 5, 1959•
