called to order by President Crist at the home of Director Hastings, Yorba Linda,
California, September 18, 1959 at the hour 4:00 P.M. All Directors were present
and answered the roll.
The meeting was called for the purpose of clarifying the policy of the District
concerning meter sizes and rates, and the use of weirs.
After considerable discussion a motion was made by Director Milmoe, seconded by
Director Hastings and carried that the following policy be adopted: Domestic
service for 5/8 and 3/4 meters will be charged for at the rate of $3.50 per month
for 2909 cubic feet. Domestic service for 111 meters will be charged for at the rate
of $4.00 per month for 2800 cubic feet. Combination domestic and irrigation services
on 1111 and larger meters may be charged for at aminium rate of $4.00 per month for
domestic service, provided a written agreement is filed at the office to book the
agricultural portion of the water usage.
After further discussion a motion was made by Director Wagner, seconded by Director
Hastings and carried that the following policy be adopted: Water use through weirs
as measuring devices will be continued under the same conditions as in the past.
On a motion by Director Clodt, seconded by Director Wagner and carried the meeting was
Adjourned.
