An adjourned meeting of November 12, 1959 of the Board of Directors of the Yorba
Linda County Water District was called to order at the office of the District
November 17, 1959 at the hour of 3:00 P.M. by President Crist. Upon the call
of the roll all Directors were present. Also present were Mr. Rodger Howell,
Mr. Lowry and Mr. Keith.
Mr. Lowry and Mr. Keith again discussed with the Board the preliminary reports
for a master sewer plan. After discussion it was agreed to combine the most
desirable features of the two plans presented and to have the combined report
again brought before the Board Monday November 23, 1959 for approval or revision.
A further discussion was held concerning the choice of power for plant two. After
thorough study and anal sts a motion was made by Director Wagner, seconded by
Director Hastings and uimously carried that plant two be powered by electricity.
Mr. Leonard Dueker invited the Board of Directors and all present to attend the
Water Symposiom to be held at the Disneyland Hotel December 2, 1959.
Upon a motion by Director Clodt, seconded by Director Wagner, and carried the
meeting was adjourned to 4:30 P.M. Monday November 23, 1959.
