of the District November 23, 1959 at

were Mr. Lowry and Mr. Keith of Lowry

was called to order at the office
the hour of 4:30P.M by President
Directors were present. Also present
and Associates.
Mr. Lowry and Mr. Keith presented the revised preliminary report for a
master sewer plan for the District. The plan was thoroughly checked and
discussed. A motion was made by Director Milmoe, seconded by Director
Hastings, and unanimously carried that the preliminary engineering re-
port of Lowry and Associates dated November 10, 1959 as modified by
Plan B-1 presented November 23, 1959 be accepted, and that Lowry and
Associates be authorized to proceed with the final plans for the sewage
facilities requirements for the Yorba Linda County Water District in
accordance with their proposal dated August 10, 1959•
A motion was made by Director (Clodt, seconded byDirector Hastings,
and carried that the meeting be adjourned.
