RESOLUTION NO. 83
A discussion was held concerning acquisition of an easement
on certain properties on Orchard Drive and it appeared
possible that condemnation might be necessary. A motion
was made by Director McGuire, seconded by Director Hastings
and unanimously carried that Resolution No. 83 providing for
Condemnation of said easements be approved.
