RESOLUTION NO. 14n
RESOLUTION OF,THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE
OF PER DIEM WAGES FOR LEGAL HOLIDAY AND
OVERTIME WORK IN SAID CITY FOR CERTAIN
CRAFTS OR TYPES OF WORKMEN.
(Assessment District No. 64-1)
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has by its Resolu-
tion No. ordered certain work or improvement, said
work or improvement being more particularly described in its
Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. 136; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors by Resolution No.
133, has determined, ascertained and fixed the general pre-
vailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in said
locality for each craft, classification or type of workman
needed to execute said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yorba
Linda County Water District, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER that the general prevailing rate or per diem wages
and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work
for each craft, classification or type of workman needed to
execute said contract are hereby specified as the rates deter-
mined, ascertained and fixed by said Resolution No. 133, and
reference is hereby made to said Resolution No. 133 and the
rates set forth therein are incorporated herein and made a
part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
