RESOLUTION NO. 1?1
RESOLUTION OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING #ND COMPLETING #I NEXATIQ,N 70-1
WHEREAS, the owners of certain property have asked
annexation to the Yorba Linda County Water District for water
and sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of
Orange County has approved the annexation by resolution of the
territory to the Yorba Linda County Water District and has
designated the annexation as "Proposed Annexation to Yorba
Linda County Water District--Annexation 70-1"; and
WHEREAS, all things have been done as required by
law ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the territory known as Annexation 70-1,.`
the legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof, is hereby annexed to the Yorba
Linda County Water District.
2. That the officers and staff of the District are
authorized and directed.to take the necessary steps to process
and complete the annexation.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of April,
1970, by the following roll call vote:
AYES : DIRECTORS HASTINGS, CLODT, KNAUFT, and
WGUIRE.
NOES: None
ABSENT: WAGNER
