YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
March 8, 2011
1. CALL TO ORDER
The March 8, 2011 special meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President Beverage at 4:15 p.m. The meeting
was held at the District's Administrative Office at 1717 E Miraloma Ave, Placentia
CA 92870.

4. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
5. CLOSED SESSION
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 4:16 p.m. All Directors were
present. Also present were Ms. Knight and Mr. Kreisler.
5.1. Public Employee Performance Evaluation
Pursuant to Section 54957 of the California Government Code
Title: General Manager
The Board reconvened in Open Session at 6:30 p.m. President Beverage
announced that no action was taken during Closed Session that was required to
be reported under the Brown Act.

6. ADJOURNMENT '
6.1. The meeting was adjourned at 6:31 p.m. The next regular meeting of the
Board of Directors will be held March 10, 2011 at 8:30 a.m.
