RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE COUNTY
TREASURER TO PERFORM CERTAIN SERVICES
Assessment District No. 72-3
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District is conducting an assessment proceeding pursuant
to the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of the Streets and
Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of
said District to have the County Treasurer perform services
relating to collecting or receiving money as provided in
Section 5585.1 of the Streets and Highways Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yo rba
Linda County Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That the County Treasurer be and is hereby
designated to perform any services to collect or receive money
including, but not limited to, printing, servicing or collect-
ing any bonds to be issued by the District in connection with
its Assessment District No. 72-3.
SECTION 2. That the District hereby agrees to pay $72.00
per assessment for said services to be rendered by said County
Treasurer. Said amount shall be reimbursed by the County for
each assessment paid in cash.
PASSED, SIGNED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January,
1973.

adopted by the Board of Directors of said District at an
