YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
June 3, 2011
1. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Citizens Advisory Committee was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by
Carl Boznanski. The meeting started and ended at the District's Administrative
Office at 1717 E Miraloma Ave, Placentia CA 92870.

None.
3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
3.1. Tour of District Facilities
The meeting began with a tour of the District's Administration building and
continued with a visit to the following locations:
• YLWD Administration Building (starting point)
• Proposed Well 21 Site
• Recharge Basin - received OCWD staff-level approval to locate well.
• Highland Reservoir and Booster Station site
• Plumosa Drive - location of former YLWD office.
• Lakeview Reservoir and Booster Station site
• Oriente Drive - pipeline replacement project.
• Ohio Street - pipeline replacement project.
• Jessamyn West Park - existing Palm Booster (to be removed).
• Yorba Linda Blvd - planned Booster Station
• Fairmont Reservoir & Booster Station site
• Santiago Booster Station Improvements
• Hidden Hills Reservoir
• Elk Reservoir site and unused 16" pipeline in Camino de Bryant Rd
• YLWD Administration Building (end of tour).

6. ADJOURNMENT
6.1. The tour ended at the District's Administration office and the meeting was
adjourned at 11:15 a.m. The next regular meeting of the Citizens Advisory
Committee will be held June 27, 2011 at 8:30 a.m.
