BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED MEETING
November 23, 1999
The November 23, 1999 Adjourned meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President Arthur C. Korn at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was held at
the Yorba Linda Library, in Yorba Linda.

ACTION CALENDAR
Item 1. Consider Water Rates for Fiscal year 1999-00.
President Kom opened the meeting and asked for a presentation by the General Manager.
General Manager Robertson presented the staff report and recommended the Board of Directors
increase water rates by $0.05 per Hundred Cubic Feet, to $1.03 per Hundred Cubic Feet
beginning on January 1, 2000.
President Kom asked if the public had any comments. There were none.
The Board discussed the proposed action and asked questions to the staff. On a motion by
Director Beverage, seconded by Director Abramowitz, the Board of Directors voted 5-0, on a roll
call vote, to accept the "Yorba Linda Water District Water Rate Report for Fiscal Year 1999-
00;" and to adopt Resolution 99-13 Setting Water Rates for Fiscal Year 199-00 and Rescind
Resolution No. 95-19.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Director Beverage, seconded by Director Barbre, the Board of Directors voted 5-
0, at 6:40 p.m., to adjourn to Tuesday, November 24, 1999, at 8:30 a.m. in the District
Boardroom.
