RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AMENDING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND SCHEDULE
FOR COMPENSATION FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District has on
May 8, 1980 adopted the "Yorba Linda County Water District Personnel
Rules - May, 1980"; and
WHEREAS, the rules direct that a Position Classification System and a Schedule
for Compensation shall be prepared for approval by the Board of Directors,
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to amend the Position
Classification System and the Schedule of Compensation for management
and confidential employees to those set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District as follows:
Section 1. That the Position Classification System and the Schedule for
Compensation as more particularly set forth in Exhibit"A"
for management and confidential employees attached hereto
be and are approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the General Manager shall be authorized to employ
within the monthly salary ranges and classifications listed
without further authorization of the Board of Directors.
Section 3. That the provisions of this Resolution shall become effective
with the pay period beginning January 8, 1984.
Section 4. That all conflicting Resolutions and Minute Orders are
hereby repealed.

Ayes: Directors Paul Armstrong, Fred Clodt, Whit Cromwell and Roy Knauft
Absent: Director Howard Lindow
Noes: None
Abstain: None
