BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING
March 16, 2006

The March 16, 2006 regular meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President Paul R. Armstrong at 8:30 a.m. The meeting
was held at the Richfield Plant, 913 South Richfield Road, Placentia.

None
Amelia Cloonan left the meeting at 8:31 a.m.
DISCUSSION CALENDAR
The Annual Board of Directors' Tour of the District facilities commenced with a tour of
the proposed layout of the Administration building and Mira Loma Avenue. Hank
Samaripa outlined the building improvements within the warehouse, meter shop,
laboratory and restrooms.
The Directors, General Manager Payne, General Counsel Kidman and Operations
Manager Cory then boarded a bus to embark on a tour of offsite facilities, which
included: The proposed storm drain alignment in Van Buren Avenue, Improvement
District No. 2, Wells 16 and 17, the agricultural well, Elk Mountain Reservoir, the Hidden
Hills slides, Upper K Shapell development, the Fairmont reservoir site, the future High
School site project, and the proposed Lakeview Avenue Reservoir and Booster Station.
The Directors, General Manager Payne, General Counsel Kidman and Operations
Manager Cory returned to the Richfield Plant at 11:43 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by President Armstrong, seconded by Director Mills, the Board of Directors
voted 4-0 to adjourn at 11:44 a.m. to a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2006 at 8:30 a.m., at 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba
Linda,
