RESOLUTION NO. 87-34
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
DESIGNATING STAFF PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS
DRAWN ON THE DISTRICT REGULAR ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the District desires two members of the staff be
authorized to sign District payroll checks; and,
WHEREAS, the District desires two members of the staff be
authorized to sign regular District checks; and,
WHEREAS, the transition of the District Assistant General Manager to
Director necessitates the authorization of another staff
member; and,
WHEREAS, financial institutions require that those persons
authorized to sign District checks be designated by a
resolution of the Board of Directors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda Water District that the District establish in it's name one or
more deposit accounts with Bank of Yorba Linda upon such terms and
conditions as may be agreed upon with said bank, and that the President of
the Board of Directors and Secretary of the District be and they are hereby
authorized to establish such an account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William J. Robertson, Assistant General
Manager, or Cheryl E. Gunderson, Business Manager be, and they are hereby
authorized to draw checks on said payroll account of the District, signed
as provided herein with signatures duly certified to said bank by the
Secretary of the District, and said bank is hereby authorized to honor and
pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to the individual
order of any officer or other person authorized to sign the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1987 by the following
called vote:
