RESOLUTION NO. 88-20
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THEYORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS UMIT
FOR THE 1988-89 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, under the terms of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution and
Government Code Section 7900 and following, all local agencies are
required to establish, by resolution, an appropriations limit for each Fiscal
Year; and
WHEREAS, the District staff has calculated the limits for said year in compliance with the
above provisions,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water
District as follows:
That there is hereby established, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California
Constitution and Government Code Section 7900 et seq., an appropriations limit
for Fiscal Year 1988-89 of $1,961,725.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of June, 1988 by the following called vote:
Ayes: 4 Paul Armstrong, Whit Cromwell, Sterling Fox, Arthur C. Korn
Noes: 0
Absent: 1 Roy Knauft
Abstain: 0
