CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
October 22, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Citizens Advisory Committee was called to order at 8:30
a.m. by Chair Daniel Mole. The meeting was held at the District's
Administrative Office at 1717 E Miraloma Ave, Placentia CA 92870.

1. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
2. DISCUSSION ITEMS
2.1. Discussion with Orange County Fire Authority and the County of Orange
Regarding Regional Development and Fire Protection.
After a brief introduction from Mr. Petroff, the County representatives took
questions from the Committee and visitors regarding topics such as the
Fire Code, Fire Flow Requirements, Inter-Agency Collaboration and best
practices for "hardening homes," for fire protection, for both existing
homes and for future development. In this regard, Ms. Blaul encouraged
meeting attendees and all other homeowners to access the website titled
ReadySetGoOC.org for home fire-protection information.
