YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
May 20, 2004, 8:30 A.M.
The May 20, 2004 special meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of Directors was
called to order by President William R. Mills at 8:35 a.m. The meeting was held at 913 South
Richfield Road, Placentia.

Visitors Present: Charles Beesley, Facilitator
ACTION CALENDAR
1. Board of Directors Goals Workshop. Facilitator Charles Beesley led a lengthy discussion
of the District's Mission Statement, developing a proposed Vision Statement, and short and
long term goals and objectives. A complete report will be submitted to the Board of
Directors by the facilitator in approximately three weeks.
ADJOURNMENT
The Board of Directors voted 4-0 to adjourn at 3:53 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Board is scheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2004 at 8:30 a.m., at
the District Headquarters.
