SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Shell Ad Hoc Committee Meeting
The Shell Ad Hoc Committee held a meeting on May 3, 1999. Present were Directors Michael
Beverage and Paul Armstrong, staff members Michael Payne and Chuck Gray, and Shell -Toll
representatives George Basye and Jim Boyd. The committee reviewed the Facility Phasing
Agreement and determined that the agreement contains the principle deal points for water and
sewer facilities that were approved by the Board of Directors on October 8, 1998. The Facility
Phasing Agreement will be sent to the District's legal counsel for review and approval, "as to
form" prior to execution by the District's President and Secretary.
