SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Shell Ad Hoc Committee Meeting
The Shell Ad Hoc Committee held a meeting on February 3, 1999. Present were Directors
Michael Beverage, Paul Armstrong, staff members William Robertson, Chuck Gray, and Ken
Vecchiarelli. The committee conducted a review of capital facilities, project phasing, and the
progress of the reservoir, booster station, and OC -51 connection design. The committee also
discussed the status of the Facility Phasing Agreement. All issues discussed by the Committee
will be presented for action at a future Board of Directors meeting.
