SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Shell Ad Hoc Committee Meeting
The Shell Ad Hoc Committee meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. on October 1, 1998.
Present were Sterling Fox who replaced Michael Beverage, Carl Scanlin, William Robertson and
Ken Vecchiarelli; George Bayse, representing Shell and Doug Wilson representing Toll Brothers
also attended the meeting. Staff and Committee members discussed the proposed Shell
Agreement in detail. This matter will be presented for action at the October 8, 1998, Board of
Directors meeting.
