Directors Mike Beverage, Brett Barbre, Assistant General Manager Mike Payne and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson were present. 1. Web Page. The committee reviewed the design and content of the District Internet site. 2. Annual Report. The committee reviewed the upcoming publication of the District's Annual Report. 3. Public Affairs Consultant. The committee discussed the content and scope of work of a "request for proposal" to obtain a public affairs consultant. 4. District Video. The committee reviewed a proposal from Starling Productions to produce an informational video about Yorba Linda Water District. 5. Status Report On Upcoming Public Information Projects. The committee reviewed upcoming events including the District Facilities Tour on September 25`h, the Placentia Heritage Days Parade on October 9th and the Yorba Linda Fiesta Days Parade and Street Fair on October 30`h.
