SUBJECT: Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on November 17, 1999. Directors Mike Beverage, Brett
Barbre, General Manager Bill Robertson, Assistant General Manager Mike Payne and Public
Information Officer Mike Robinson were present.
1. Web Page. The committee reviewed the progress made on finding a consultant to design and
implement the District internet web site.
2. Y2K newsletter. The committee review the text for a story in Water Lines of the status of the
District's preparedness for Y2K.
3. District Video. The committee reviewed a proposal from Starling Productions to produce an
informational video about Yorba Linda Water District.
4. Status Report On Upcoming Public Information Projects. The committee reviewed
completed and upcoming events and publications.
