Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on April 12, 2000. Directors Mike Beverage, Brett
Barbre, General Manager Bill Robertson, Assistant General Manager Mike Payne, Public
Information Officer Mike Robinson and Customer Service Supervisor Stacy Bavol were present.
1. Review of water bill lay ut. The committee reviewed a revision of the District's water bill
and provided comments and advice. Ms. Bavol left the meeting at the conclusion of this item.
2. District video. The committee reviewed the progress of this project that will result in the
creation of a District informational video.
3. Zip Code Magazine. The committee reviewed the story for the May 2000 edition of this
monthly community publication.
