The Public Information Committee met on October 4, 2001. Directors Mark Abramowitz and
John Summerfield, General Manager Bill Robertson, Assistant General Manager Michael Payne
and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson were present.
The following items were discussed:
1. Annual Report The committee reviewed and discussed the final draft of the text for the 2001-
2002 Annual Report.
2. District Survey The committee discussed the option of conducting an opinion survey of the
District's customers.
3. Fiesta Days The committee discussed plans for the District's participation in the upcoming
Yorba Linda Fiesta Days parade and street fair
4. Heritage Days The committee discussed plans for the District's participation in the upcoming
Placentia Heritage Days parade
5. District Tour The committee discussed security concerns related to conducting tours of District
facilities.
6. Other: The committee discussed the conversion of "Zip Code Magazine" into a new
publication titled "West Coast Magazine ". The District will continue to contribute an article
for each monthly edition.
