SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Planning- Engineering- Operations Committee
Meeting
The Planning- Engineering- Operations Committee held a meeting on February 1, 2001. Present
were Paul R. Armstrong, Michael Beverage, William Robertson, Michael Payne, Ken
Vecchiarelli and Lee Cory. The following items were discussed:
1. Antenna Lease. Michael Payne discussed the proposed Automobile Club antenna lease at the
Fairmont Reservoir site. Mr. Payne departed after discussion of this item.
2. Bastanchury Properties. Mr. Vecchiarelli discussed development fees for the Bastanchury
PRD, refunds of fees already paid. In addition, the Committee discussed terms and
conditions for the Avalon Homes project. This matter is scheduled for action at the February
8, Board of Directors meeting. The Committee asked questions and discussed this matter at
length.
3. Vehicle and Equipment Plan and Natural Gas Engine Replacement Plan. Lee Cory discussed
the proposed five -year vehicle and gas engine plan. The Committee discussed the plan. This
matter is scheduled for action at the February 22 Board of Directors meeting. Lee Cory
departed after discussion of this item.
4. Richfield Road Pipeline Project. Mr. Vecchiarelli discussed a change order and project
delays. The Committee discussed this matter. The Change Order is scheduled for action at
the February 22 Board of Directors meeting.
5. Pulte Project. This matter vas not discussed. It is being referred to the Finance Committee.
