Meeting
The Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee held a meeting on March 29, 1999.
Present were Directors Arthur C. Korn and Brett Barbre along with staff member Michael Payne.
The OCWD representatives were Director Larry Kraemer and General Manager William Mills.
Item 1. OCWD Annexation Policy. The Committee discussed various components of OCWD's
proposed Annexation Policy.
Item 2. The next Ad Hoc committee meeting was scheduled for April 19, 1999 at 4:00 p.m.
