SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee
Meeting
The Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
on March 8, 1999. Present were Arthur C. Korn, Brett Barbre, William Robertson and Mike
Payne. The OCWD representatives were Director Larry Kraemer and General Manager William
Mills. Staff and Committee members discussed various components of the OCWD's proposed
Annexation policy.
