SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee
Meeting
The Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
on January 25, 1999. Present were Arthur C. Korn, Brett Barbre, William Robertson and Mike
Payne. The OCWD representatives were Director Larry Kraemer and General Manager William
Mills. Staff and Committee members discussed various components of the OCWD's Master
Plan process, schedule for adoption by OCWD's Board and issues related to the proposed
Annexation policy.
