SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee
Meeting
The Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
on August 31, 1998. Present were Arthur C. Korn, Carl Scanlin, William Robertson and Mike
Payne; OCWD representatives did not appear. Staff and Committee members discussed various
components of the OCWD's Master Plan process and schedule for adoption by OCWD's Board.
