SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee
Meeting
The Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
on May 18, 1998. Present were Arthur C. Korn, Carl Scanlin, William Robertson and Mike
Payne, and Larry Kraemer and Bill Mills of the Orange County Water District. The group held a
lengthy discussion of current groundwater related issues. In addition, the District asked about the
status of the Shell annexation. Mr. Mills explained he felt the Shell annexation as not part of
OCWD's current annexation moratorium, however, he will not present the final Resolutions to
OCWD's Board for another few months. The next meeting was scheduled for Monday, June 15,
1998, at 3:30 p.m. at the Water District headquarters on Plumosa Drive in Yorba Linda.
