SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance - Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance - Accounting Committee held a meeting on November 18, 1998. Present were
Arthur C. Korn, Michael Beverage, William Robertson and Beverly Meza. In addition, Mr.
Mike Zizzi, representing Leaf & Cole attended the meeting. The Committee reviewed a draft of
the Audit for the year ending June 30, 1998.
