SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance- Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance - Accounting Committee held a meeting on September 29, 1999. Present were
Arthur C. Korn, Mark Abramowitz, William Robertson, Beverly Meza and Ms. Julie Firl,
representing Leaf and Cole. The Committee discussed the Annual Audit. Ms. Firl presented a
detailed explanation of their audit process and findings.
