SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance - Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance - Accounting Committee held a meeting on September 21, 2000. Present were
Arthur C. Korn, Mark Abramowitz, William Robertson, Beverly Meza, Rick Walkemeyer and
representatives from Leaf & Cole, District auditors. The Committee discussed the following
items:
1. Development and Customer Service Fees. The Committee discussed recommendations for
development fees. No changes were recommended for customer service fees. A discussion
item is on the September 28, Board of Directors meeting agenda.
2. Preliminary Audit report. The Committee reviewed the preliminary Audit report. An action
item is on the September 28, Board of Directors meeting agenda.
3. Energy cost issues. Rick Walkemeyer presented information on energy cost issues.
