SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance - Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance - Accounting Committee held a meeting on October 19, 2000. Present were Arthur
C. Korn, Mark Abramowitz, William Robertson and Beverly Meza. The Committee discussed
the following items:
1. Investment Policy. The Committee reviewed and discussed the current investment policy
resolution with staff. Staff is not recommending any changes in the policy. A discussion
item is on the October 26 Board of Directors meeting agenda.
2. Audit Service Request for Proposal. Staff discussed the Audit Request for Proposal with the
Committee. This matter will return to the Committee after proposals are received.
3. Customer Service and Development Fees. No report.
