SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance- Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance- Accounting Committee held a meeting on October 3, 2001. Present were Arthur C.
Korn, Michael Beverage, William Robertson and Beverly Meza. Also present were Kathryn
Beseau and Diane Cyganik of Moreland and Associates, Certified Public Accountants. The
Committee discussed the following items:
Annual Audit. There was a lengthy discussion about the draft Audit report and management
letter. Kathryn Beseau explained the audit and investigation process. Questions were asked
and a discussion took place. The full Board of Directors will act on the Audit report at the
October 11, Board of Directors meeting. Diane Cyganik departed after this report.
2. Water rates. William Robertson reviewed Draft #2 of the Water Rate Report. Questions
were asked and a lengthy discussion took place.
3. There was no discussion on Developer Fees, Customer Service Fees and Other Fees. These
matters were continued to another Committee meeting.
