BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED MEETING
August 19, 2004, 8:30 A.M.

The August 19, 2004 adjourned meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President William R. Mills at 8:30 a.m. The meeting
was held at District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
1. Board Workshop. The members of the Board met with Architects Don Gillis
and Jack Panichapan to review preliminary plans for the construction of the
District's new administration building to be located at the Richfield Plant. The
Board members provided their views and feedback on the design of the
prospective Board meeting room and related facilities. The Board also
discussed the building size, location of the building on the Richfield site, public
access, landscaping and the placement of historical artifacts.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Director Korn, seconded
Directors voted to adjourn at 10:05 a.m. to
