1. CALL TO ORDER
The December 9, 2014 meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District's Public Affairs-
Communications-Technology Committee was called to order by Director Collett at
10:30 a.m. The meeting was held in the Admin Conference Room at the District's
Administration Building located at 1717 East Miraloma Avenue in Placentia,
California 92870.

Director Ric Collett, Chair Marc Marcantonio, General Manager
Director Robert R. Kiley Damon Micalizzi, Public Information Mgr
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1. Future Media Outreach and Press Relations (Verbal Report)
Mr. Micalizzi updated the committee on recent media inquiries and potential
upcoming press stories about the drought and special district response.
4.2. Winter Newsletter Content (Verbal Report)
The Committee discussed the content and timing of the winter newsletter
opting to extend the target mailing date to the middle of February.
4.3. Future Agenda Items and Staff Tasks
None.
5. ADJOURNMENT
5.1. The meeting was adjourned at 11:50 a.m. The next Public Affairs-
Communications-Technology Committee meeting will be held Monday,
January 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
