MINUTES OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
June 1, 2000
The June 1, 2000, Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President Michael J. Beverage at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was
held at District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

Michael Payne, Assistant General Manager
BOARD OF DIRECTORS WORKSHOP
Item 1. Discussion of Personnel Related issues. The Board of Directors held a lengthy
discussion regarding a variety of organizational and personnel issues. No action was taken.
President Beverage indicated it will take three to four more workshop sessions to fully explore
all of the issues.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Director Abramowitz, seconded by Director Barbre, the Board of Directors voted
5-0, at 12:14 p.m. to adjourn the meeting. The next Regular meeting of the Board of Directors is
scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 2000, at 8:30 a.m. at the District Headquarters.
