MINUTES OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
June 15, 2000
The June 15, 2000, Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President Michael J. Beverage at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was
held at District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS WORKSHOP
Item 1. Discussion of Personnel Related issues. The Board of Directors held a lengthy
discussion of job classifications and the Orange County Water Association benefits survey. No
action was taken.. Director Armstrong departed the meeting at 9:45 a.m. and returned at 11:15
a.m. Additional workshop sessions were scheduled for June 29 and July 6, 2000.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Director Abramowitz, seconded by Director Barbre, the Board of Directors voted
5-0, at 11:48 a.m. to adjourn the meeting. The next Regular meeting of the Board of Directors is
scheduled for Thursday, June 22, 2000, at 8:30 a.m. at the District Headquarters.
