BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED MEETING
February 4, 1999
The February 4, 1999, Adjourned Meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of Directors
was called to order by President Arthur C. Korn at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was held at District
Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

WORKSHOP
The Board of Directors conducted their biannual Goals workshop.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Director Beverage, seconded by Director Barbre, the Board of Directors voted 5-
0, at 12:05 p.m., to continue the workshop meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 1999, at 1:00 p.m. in
the District Boardroom.
