Summerfield INTRODUCTION OF VISITORS AND PUBLIC COMMENTS: Any individual wishing to address the committee is requested to identify themselves and state the matter on which they wish to comment. If the matter is on this agenda, the committee Chair will recognize the individual for their comment when the item is considered. No action will be taken on matters not listed on this agenda. Comments are limited to matters of public interest and matters within the jurisdiction of the Water District. Comments are limited to five minutes. None DISCUSSION ITEMS: This portion of the agenda is for matters such as technical presentations, drafts of proposed policies, or similar items for which staff is seeking the advice and counsel of the Committee Members. It starts with the beginning balance, the amount on the books for each member before adjustments. Also, for the Liability Nue" ]saran sa Program there are Retrospective Premium Adjustments for prior policy years that still have open claims. For the Property Program there is a Vice President refund for the members that participated in the policy year 4/1/03-04, c 1_ nh -.1.' all claims have settled for this year. For those members that participated in the Workers' Compensation Program there is a Chief Executi~ c Officer Retrospective Premium Adjustment for prior policy years that still have Daniel N. Klaff open claims. Finally, the resulting balance after these adjustments is Chief Financial & compared to the attachment point, 60% of the Basic Liability Premium, Operations Officer and any balance exceeding the attachment point is refunded back to Walter "Andy" sells the member agency.
