If the matter is on this agenda, the committee Chair will recognize the individual for their comment when the item is considered. No action will be taken on matters not listed on this agenda. Comments are limited to matters of public interest and matters within the jurisdiction of the Water District. Comments are limited to five minutes. The Delta Premier/DPO (PPO) plan will renew at an increase of approximately 7.41 The benefits on this plan will remain the same as currently in place. The DeltaCare PMI (HMO) plan will experience a 2.27% monthly premium rate increase effective July 1, 2008. Your dental office can verify your eligibility and coverage through the Internet and via Delta Dental's Eligibility Fax. Predetermination If you need to know what Delta will pay on any procedure you need to have done, you can have your dentist submit a Predetermination request to Delta Dental. A notice of your covered benefits, limitations, waiting periods and out-of- pocket costs will be returned to your dentist in writing.
