A meeting of the Public Information Committee was called to order by Committee Chair John
Summerfield at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa
Drive, Yorba Linda.

ACTION CALENDR ITEMS
1. Consider the Districts 2004-2005 Annual Report. The Committee reviewed the text of
the report and offered suggestions. The Committee suggested that members of the
Board of Directors who are not members of the Public Information Committee review the
text prior to the matter being taken to the full Board for approval.
2. Fats, Oils and Grease Education Program. The Committee reviewed a brochure and a
bill stuffer concerning this issue that can be sent to District customers.
