FINANCE-ACCOUNTING COMMITTEE
May 4, 2005
A meeting of the Finance-Accounting Committee was called to order by Committee Chair
Michael J. Beverage at 4:02 p.m. The meeting was held at the District Headquarters, 4622
Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

2. Draft departmental budgets for Fiscal Years 2005-06 and 2006-07.
Beverly Meza presented the committee with "draft" departmental budgets for the next two
fiscal years. The committee discussed the new format and proposed changes reflecting
the reorganization of departments and staff. The committee offered suggestions. The
entire budget will be discussed at a Board workshop scheduled for May 19.
