A meeting of the Finance Accounting Committee was called to order by Committee Chairman
William Mills at 4:10 p.m. The meeting was held at the District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa
Drive, Yorba Linda.

Director William Mills, Chair Michael A. Payne, General Manager
Ric Collett, Director Beverly Meza, Business Manager
ACTION ITEMS
1. Association of California Water Agencies - 2006 annual membership dues.
Mr. Payne reviewed the dues with the committee and recommended that the Finance-
Accounting Committee recommend to the Board of Directors approval of the 2006
Association of California Water Agencies annual dues in the amount of $12,100.
2. California Special District Association - 2006 annual membership dues.
Mr. Payne reviewed the dues with the committee and recommended that the Finance-
Accounting Committee recommend to the Board of Directors approval of the 2006 California
Special District Association annual dues in the amount of $2,774.
STANDING ITEMS
3. Status report on Investments - Report by Wells Capital
Mr. Keith Khorey from Wells Capital joined the meeting by telephone at 4:15 p.m. Mr.
Khorey discussed the investments made by Wells Capital for the District. The committee
reviewed the reports prepared by Mr. Khorey for November 2005.
