A meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Finance-Accounting Committee was called
to order by Committee Chairman Ric Collett at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was held at
District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.
COMMITTEE: STAFF PRESENT:
Director Ric Collett, Chairman Michael Payne, General Manager
Director William R. Mills Diane Cyganik, Finance Director
Altemate: Director John W. Summerfield Kenneth Vecchiarelli, Assistant GM
VISITORS PRESENT:
Paul J. Kaymark of Charles Z. Fedak & Company
ACTION ITEMS
1. Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2005/2006 Financial Statements by Charles Z.
Fedak & Company. Mr. Kaymark presented the final draft of the audited financial
statements and answered questions posed by the Committee. The Committee was
pleased with the audited financial statements.
2. Monthly Financial Statements for the second month of fiscal year 2006/2007 ending
August 31, 2006. Finance Director Cyganik presented the financial statements to
the Committee and answered questions as they arose. The Committee will
recommend that the financial statements for the month ending August 31, 2006 be
received and filed by the Board of Directors.
STANDING ITEMS
3. Investment Report for August 2006 - Finance Director Cyganik presented the
monthly Investment Report with the Committee and entertained questions.
INFORMATION ITEMS
4. None
ADJOURNMENT:
The Committee adjourned at 9:50 a.m. The next Finance-Accounting Committee will be
determined as new committee assignments, dates and.times for Calendar Year 2007
will be set at a future Board Meeting.
