was called to order by Committee Chair Michael J. Beverage at 4:02 p.m. The meeting was
held at the District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

1. OCWD Proposed Budget

2. Replenishment Assessments Projections
Ms. Grebbien presented an overview of OCWD's proposed Replenishment
Assessments (RA) for the next 5 years. The Committee discussed the RA in
general. The Committee also discussed the loss of ad valorem property tax by both
agencies.
3. Basin Production Percentages Forecast
Ms. Grebbien presented an overview of the Basin Production Percentages (BPP) in
the upcoming budget. Ms. Grebbien indicated the excessive rainfall this year
wouldn't show up until possibly next year and stated OCWD has a difficult time
capturing all of the rain due to lack of storage. The Committee asked questions
about possible storage ideas.
4. Status of Monitoring Wells - Anaheim.
Ms. Grebbien reported OCWD does not have the funds to drill or add more
monitoring wells in the north basin. The Committee discussed alternative ways to
install wells east of the Richfield plant.
